She literally stops time and “between tick and tock,” she “threads through the stillness” and performs good deeds where they’re needed most. Liesel’s thoughtful, winsome character is brought to life by Louise Greig’s graceful prose and Ashling Lindsay’s exquisite art. We’re blown away by this story, and its demonstration of the profound beauty that can be found in small but meaningful gestures and selfless acts of kindness.
