flags

Flags are an easy way to add a little extra something to your cupcakes, sandwiches, whoopie pies, etc.  You can make them out of paper but did you know that you can make them out of ribbon, too?  You can see a couple of examples here and here.  Take a look at a tutorial from Peach and Pearl here.

These were food description cards made with a heart-shaped punch, card stock and IKEA wrapping paper that I used in a tea party last year.  I loved how quick they were to make!

This is a gift for a friend's new baby girl that I wrapped using Cotton Candy Divine Twine and Paper Source's Blossom Dots wrapping paper.  Can't wait until she opens it!
